Manufacturing process

Gourmet Powder

Generally of lower vanillin content (vanilla flavour) than the premium powder , this product is a cost-effective way to add a natural texture to products such as cookies, cakes, energy bars etc. With nothing except the crushed spent pods from extraction as the only ingredient, they have a 0.2-1.0% vanillin content (less than half that of premium powder). Granulometry of the powder is around 500 microns or less.

Manufacturing process

This powder comes from the by-product of vanilla extract manufacture. The pods are carefully dried and cleaned after extract production, then ground into a fine, pure powder — never oxidized, always authentic.
