Traditional vanilla extracts use alcohol to pull out flavor from the pods, then burn most of it off — though a small amount remains. Our extract uses advanced CO₂ extraction instead, giving you a clearer, fuller flavor with no alcohol — perfect for Halal or non-alcoholic needs.

Pastes are created from select vanilla pods, blended with natural binding agents to form a gel. Available in various concentration levels (measured in “Fold”), our paste delivers consistent results and rich visual appeal in any recipe.

Extraction process

Whole vanilla pods are extracted using an atmospheric bottom filtering system, allowing natural flavours and aromas to be drawn out slowly over time. Once complete, the alcohol is reduced to less than 0.5%, leaving a smooth yet potent double strength extract.
