ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order for goods or services promoted by us, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order as we have engaged in a legal contract between us. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions specified here, you must not order from us.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

The sale of our products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when we process your payment, e.g. process a credit card payment, or clear a cheque. We also reserve the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment we take payment for the goods or services. In the exceptional situation of a website error resulting in an incorrect payment we will refund you any monies made within 24 hours.

FOOD CLASSIFICATION

All food products are classified as ingredients and not 'ready to eat', and that they follow rules and regulations set by the UK Foods Standard Agency.

STORAGE

Products should be stored in recommended conditions and disclaims liability for damage if instructions are not followed. It suggests checking the website or contacting them if in doubt about storage conditions.

RETURNS

For retail customers, it specifies a 30-day window to report quality issues or change of mind, advising not to open packaging if possible. It assures that statutory rights are unaffected and promises a full refund of the product cost.

NON-RETAIL ISSUES

For non-retail customers, it grants 7 days from receipt of delivery to raise issues, after which issues will be handled at their discretion.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

TITLE RETENTION

"Essence of Life" retains title to goods until full payment is made.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

In case of conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and specific terms of use on the site, the latter (specific terms) shall prevail.

TERMS PRECEDENCE

If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and rules and any other agreement with a customer, the former (Terms and Conditions and rules) shall prevail.
